Em D A G
-7---x--------- I like to play the rhythm parts -8---7---5---3- using barchords, -9---7---6---4- but open chords sound fine too. -9---7---7---5- -7---5---7---5- ---------5---3-
Intro/ Verse Em D Em D A A
Chorus: G D G A
It's that simple, here's all the lead tab:
---------------- INTRO and VERSE ----------------
* The Rhythm Part is just as important as the lead to give the song that swing feel. * The rhythm parts are played clean, but a tiny amount of overdrive might sound good. * For the lead parts, I use a very light distortion. * No riff plays over the "A" Chord, the lead is silent here. But there is an A Octave in later verses that you can add.

Play twice.

Drum and single guitar only.
(I had to let you go)
G (strum once, let ring out) D (strum once, let ring out) G (strum once, let ring out) (* enter small lead fill) A
For that lead fill on the second G, I just play these few notes:

Then play a normal chorus
